Our Story

Charlotte’s Web | Pregnancy & Family Support was created from lived experience and a deep calling to support families during moments of profound uncertainty.

Charlotte’s story is woven into the foundation of this work. During a complicated pregnancy marked by prolonged hospital stays, unanswered questions, and long stretches of waiting, our family experienced firsthand how isolating this season can feel. Even with excellent medical care, there were moments when support felt fragmented - when emotional weight, practical needs, and financial uncertainty all collided at once.

Charlotte was lovingly referred to as our little sunshine. In a moment filled with so much pain, when we were finally able to see her - her tiny hands, her feet, her nose, her lips - we felt an unexpected instant of warmth and love. Though she entered this world and left it far too quickly, the light she brought with her was immediate and undeniable.

That moment changed us.

It became clear that even in the deepest uncertainty and loss, connection matters. Love can exist alongside grief. And presence - however brief - can leave an impact that lasts forever.

Out of that realization came a calling: to create a web of support for families navigating complicated pregnancies, long hospital stays - especially during the in-between moments when families are waiting, hoping, grieving, and trying to find their footing.

From that moment, a purpose took shape.
